POP-UP CHEF'S TASTING SERIES WITH HONG THAIMEE

We are excited to welcome Chef Hong Thaimee on Thursday, June 13 from 6 to 8 p.m. for  for an exclusive tasting menu of Northern Thai delicacies from her hometown of Chiang Mai. 

Chef Thaimee has been featured in Food Network's "Iron Chef" competition and in videos for Buzzfeed, Insider, and Tastemade. In 2018, she cooked at the James Beard House and the Culinary Institute of America. Chef Thaimee is also the author of "True Thai," published in 2015.

Saa Salmon
Warm Laab Pork
Hung Lay Curry with Shortribs
Khao Soy (made with local farm chicken)
